Lance made a really good impression right from the start, when I wanted to make an appointment to see a house and he offered to show it, and another that had just been put up for sale. He met my husband and I at the first house and was super patient with us as we toured it and asked him lots of questions and his opinion of this or that! We talked about our favorite places in the area, and it turned out Snow Canyon State Park is one of his, also! Which becomes a huge part of this story!
We loved the first home we saw, but when we walked through the second house, we both knew that was “The One” that we had to have! We told Lance we want to buy it! He told us what we needed to do, and he said he’d get the paperwork together, and meet us up at Snow Canyon to sign the papers. Within an hour, we all were sitting at a picnic table at the Visitor’s Center, signing papers! What a truly awesome way to buy a home!
Lance made it possible for us to have the keys to our new home in 9 days! He helped us find a great Home Inspector and Locksmith. Anything that we needed, he was able to help us with! He was always “there for us” throughout the whole process!
We will be eternally grateful that Lance was a part of our journey to southern Utah! We never dreamed we’d get a home there! Lance made it happen!
